This welded universal hitch is also rated as a class 5 hitch, being fully tested to SAE J684 specifications for a gross trailer weight capacity of 15,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of up to 1,500 pounds. To protect this weld on receiver hitch from corrosion, it comes shielded with a co-cured finish of liquid A-coat and durable black powder coat. NOTE: Side plates do not come pre-welded.
