Based in Greater Vancouver area, the Business Development Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer accounts with fleet customers in the assigned business region. The Business Development Manager maintains strong customer relationships by problem solving, providing knowledge and assistance and making regular visits to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Visit new and existing Fleet customers at their place of business

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Regional Manager leads a group of 3 corporate stores in Ontario; Mississauga, Scarborough, Whitby. The Regional Manager will assist the senior management team in driving sales, enforcing policies and standards, managing and developing staff, developing budgets, achieving targets, ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Work with Store Managers and outside Business Development Managers to help achieve sales and expense budgets
- Perform monthly store condition/standard audits and inventory audits
- Ensure all stores in region are adequately staffed
- Ensure that all stores are following all company policies
- Address disciplinary issues in region
- Train store staff on implementation of new operating procedures
- Liaise with regional Business Development Managers to ensure outside sales opportunities are identified and followed up on
- Liaise with the Fleet team and Sales team on a regular basis.
- Liaise with marketing department to ensure local advertising is placed in an effective manner
Qualifications
- University Degree or Community College Diploma, preferably in business or automotive
- 5 or more years managerial experience with a proven ability to lead a team
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket accessory industry and/or a deep passion for the industry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the installation centre, with a strong focus on workflow efficiency, quality control, team leadership, and customer experience. This role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure efficient operations, engaged team members, and consistent delivery of The Right Customer Experience.
This position is currently based at our Whitby, Ontario location and is expected to transition to our new Clarington, Ontario facility in early 2027. Successful candidates must be willing and able to work from the Clarington location upon transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily installation centre operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure product is staged, in stock, and ready for scheduled installs
- Conduct and enforce pre and post install quality inspections
